Margie Mcleod Troutman

Margie McLeod Troutman, age 82 of Century Street Lexington, died Saturday morning at her home. Marjorie was born in Davidson County, September 15, 1924 to John Wesley McLeod and Ella Swing McLeod. She was a homemaker, member of Second United Church of Christ, Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 8, VFW Post 3074 and Amvets Post 13. She was preceded in death by her husband , Harold Wrightsol Troutman, brothers; Arnold McLeod, Thurman McLeod, Eldon McLeod and Cossie McLeod and sisters Selba Edwards and Thelma Warner. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday in Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel, conducted by Rev. Danny Sams and burial will follow in Lexington City Cemetery. Mrs. Troutman is survived by sons: Kelly Troutman and wife Wanda; Terry Troutman and wife Kathy; David Troutman and wife Kathy; Jeff Troutman and wife Lorri and Jimmy Troutman all of Lexington. Seven Granchildren,Tina Troutman; Kristina White and husband Bobby; Laurie Williams and husband Ian; Steven Troutman; Scott Troutman; Stephanie Troutman and Hannah Troutman and Great Grandchild, Zoe White The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home, 6-8 pm Monday and at other times at the home.
