Marian Mcmahan Tysinger

Marian June McMahan Tysinger, 75, of Mocksville passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Davie Medical Center in Bermuda Run.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm, Saturday, June 22nd at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington officiated by Pastor Shelby Harbour.  Visitation will be held from 1pm to 2pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

June was born in Davidson County on March 4, 1944 to Carl Franklin McMahan and Vada Marian Snyder McMahan.  She was a retired supervisor for Printcraft Company and was a member of Reeds Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Horace “Pete” Tysinger, and daughter, Amanda Hodge.

Surviving are her daughters, Carla Baker (Tom) of Mocksville, Sandie Chappell (Jamie) of Thomasville; brothers, Nelson McMahan (Connie) and Freddie McMahan (Betty), both of Lexington; grandchildren, Matthew Burchette, Mark Everhart, Michael Sears, Randall Burchette, Andrew Baity, Torrey Chappell, Marianna Trent and Mitchell Hodge and 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Cancer Services of Davidson County, 25 W. 6 ^th Avenue, Lexington, NC 27292.
