Marilyn Sowers Thomason

Marilyn Sowers Thomason, 67 of Lexington, passed away at her home on Monday, November 16, 2020.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, November 19 ^th at Overflow Church with Pastors Bryan Hullette and Lucky Foust officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will see friends following the service in the cemetery.  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing and a face covering are requested.

Mrs. Thomason was born on April 17, 1953 in Davidson County to Marion Ray and Annie Foust Sowers.  She was a member of Overflow Church and was preceded in death by her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Steven Thomason, of the home; son, Michael Thomason (Mandy) of Lexington; daughter, Kim Goldston (Cornelius) of Lexington; sisters, Lisa Fowler (Gene) and Pam Weaver (David), both of Lexington; four grandchildren, Jeana Thomason, Peyton Thomason, Jake Hawkins, Parker Thomason and several nieces and nephews.
