Mark Francis Donna

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Francis Donna, beloved husband, father, son, and brother, who departed this world on Saturday, March 15th, 2025, at the age of 62. Mark was born on Monday, October 15th, 1962, and resided in High Point, NC, where he spent his last years surrounded by family and friends.

Mark was a devoted husband to his loving wife, Dawn Donna, who was his steadfast partner in life. He is also survived by his cherished mother, Marianne Donna; his two daughters, Alexis of Hampton, VA, and Makaila of Portsmouth, VA; and his sister, Catherine Bianco of Weymouth, MA. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Richard J. Donna Sr., whose memory he cherished deeply.

Professionally, Mark was a highly respected Nuclear Engineer for the Department of Defense, known for his incredible work ethic and dedication. His contributions and commitment to his profession were admired by many.

Mark's life was centered around his family, whom he loved deeply. He found great joy in being surrounded by those he held dear and was known for his hard work and dedication to providing for his loved ones.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Mark's memory to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741, in support of his fervent hope for a cancer-free future.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel.

Mark Francis Donna will forever be remembered for his generosity, kindness, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
