Mark Edwin Fishel

Mark Edwin Fishel, 58, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Rev. Harold Fletcher officiating.  Burial will follow at Hebron United Church of Christ.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Mark was born in Forsyth County to R.J. and Leona Welch Fishel.  He was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church and worked for D & M Dental Lab.  Surviving are his parents of Clemmons, his wife of 24 years and best friend and loving partner Cynthia White Fishel of the home; a brother Tim Fishel of Clemmons, and a brother in-law Tim White (Susan); mother in-law Rayvena Lambeth; six loving nieces and nephews, thirteen great nieces and nephews, and countless adopted nieces and nephews. He was a friend to all he met.  He loved his Lord and old things. He will be in our hearts until we see him again. Memorials may be made to ASPCA or to a local humane society in his honor. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
