Marlene Marie Williams

Marlene Marie Williams, 65, of Davidson County, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

Marlene was born on January 7, 1957, in Webster County, to the late Charles Gregory and Carrie Barker Gregory. She worked for many years at Leslie Equipment and attended North Lexington Baptist Church. She loved her church and was very involved, especially in The Mission Food Bank ministry. Marlene was known to be a hardworking and independent, yet selfless person who would go out of her way to help anyone. She was a true giver and loved helping people. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Alana Williams, and several brothers and sisters.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of over 20 years, Curtis Williams, of the home; two sons, Robbie Harrison and wife Donna, of Lexington, and Chase Williams, of Elkins WV; two daughters, Megan Hayne and husband Derek, of Norton WV, and Cierra Williams, of Daily WV; two brothers, David Gregory, of Cowen, WV, and Kenneth Gregory, of Webster Springs WV; sister Donna Lucky and husband James, of Cowen WV; three grandchildren, Dylan, Lettie, and Hunter; and four great-grandchildren, Kae’veon, Kae’lean, Makenna, and Malachai.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Food Bank Mission Ministry at North Lexington Baptist Church, 201 Mize Rd, Lexington, NC 27295.
