Martha Ann Perryman

Martha Perryman, 77 of Follansbee Road passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009 at her home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with the Rev. Michael Gates officiating. Burial will follow at Faith Missionary Alliance Church cemetery. Mrs. Perryman was born August 13, 1931 in Davidson County to Walter and Addie Everhart Nifong. She was also preceded in death by her husband Walter Rudolph Perryman; two brothers, Albert and Bill Nifong, two sisters, Pauline Head and Edna Mae. Surviving are four daughters; Trish Read and husband Brian of Winston-Salem Debbie Rowell and husband Charles of Monroe, Diane Smith and husband Freddie of Stanley and Becky Honeycutt and husband Keith of Concord; one son, Randy Perryman and wife Teresa of Midway; one brother, Franklin Nifong; two sisters, Wilma Cockman and husband Hulbert of Midway, Margaret Lanier and husband Joe of Advance; eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A visitation will be held Tuesday July 14 from 7 to 9 PM at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel. Memorials may be made to Faith Missionary Alliance Church, 1077 Gumtree Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is serving the family.
