Martha JoAnn Paige Everhart, age 82 of Winston-Salem went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, September 14, 2020 at her home with her loving family by her side.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Forest Hill Memorial Park Chapel, in Lexington, NC with Pastor Robert Barr officiating.
Martha (JoAnn) was born in Davidson County, on November 21, 1937 to Robert Paige and Annie Rebecca Hooker Paige. JoAnn was a member of Agape Faith Church in Clemmons and was very loving mother and grandmother, and was dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus throughout her entire life. She was retired from RJR, with 30 years of service and was a High School graduate of North Davidson Sr. High school. She loved working outside in her flowers and doing outside work. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Earlene Hanes and Brother-in-law, Steve L Hanes and sister-in- law Betty Paige.
Surviving are her daughter, Angie E. Ivey of the home; sons, Rodney Everhart of Winston Salem and Mark A. Everhart of Kernersville; 4 grandchildren, Austen Everhart, Catelynn Everhart, Jacob Ivey, and Jordan Ivey; 3 sisters, Linda Henderson (Norman) of Denton and Joyce Williams (Steve) of Lexington; 2 brothers, Johnny Paige (Sharon) of Welcome and Bobby Paige of Lexington, and also are her loving 4 best fur babies: Toby, who kept all her secrets, Trooper, Buddy and Rocky which she loved very much and spoiled them all by giving them dog treats even when they didn’t deserve one….She made everyone happy and put a BIG Smile on their faces….
