Martha Whitehead Spangler

Martha Spangler, 79, of Broadview Avenue in Lexington, died Friday April 24, 2020 at her home.

A private graveside service will be held Friday, May 1, 2020 at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

Mrs. Spangler was born December 17, 1940 in Blount County Tennessee to Charles William Whitehead and Susie Ann Martin Whitehead. She was self employeed as a CNA and was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Clifford Thompson, her second husband George Andie Killian and her 3 ^rd husband Donald Eugene Spangler, a son Charles “Spot” Edward Thompson,a daughter Tonya Killian Owle, a brother, James Robert Whitehead and a sister Barbara Whitehead Harrison.

Surviving are two daughters, Dee Swing of Lexington and Pateama Killian ( Terry Simmerson of Linwood); 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
