Mary Belle Forcum Siceloff, 90, formerly of Isabel Drive, died Saturday, June 19 at the Hinkle Hospice House.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 21, at the Lexington City Cemetery by Rev. Jay Belk.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Davidson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Siceloff was born May 29, 1921 in Winston Salem to Claude H. and Mary Ellen Trivette Forcum. She was a member of Wesley Heights United Methodist Church and was a life member of United Methodist Women. She had been a volunteer for Contact of Davidson County and as a gray lady at Lexington Memorial Hospital. She was also a member of the Charity League of Lexington, the United Daughters of the Confederacy, and the Order of the Eastern Star. Her husband, David Simeon Siceloff, Jr., whom she married on October 20, 1945, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her son, Dr. D. Sim Siceloff, III and wife, Marie, of Lexington; her daughters, Mary Suzanne Siceloff Coltrane and husband, Tim, of Lexington and Jane Malena Siceloff Stokes and husband, Dale, of Raleigh; her brother, James Ralph Forcum; her sister, Margaret Pauline Forcum Thomason; seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington NC 27292 or to Wesley Heights United Methodist Church, 100 Western Blvd, Lexington NC 27295.
