Mary Tysinger Grimmett

Mary Tysinger Grimmett 65 of William Lane Lexington died Saturday April 18, 2009 at High Point Regional Hospital. Mary was born Feb 14, 1944 in Davidson County to Dewey and Reva Hilliard Grimmett. She was a retired employee of Lexington Home Brands and a member of Second United Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son Andrew Mclane Sullivan. Funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday (4-22-2009) at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel, conducted by Rev. Clyde Akers. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Surviving Mary are her husband Richard of the home; one son Jeffery Russell Grimmett (Tammy) of Winston-Salem; one daughter Kimberly Dawn Dilldine (Rick) of Thomasville; two stepsons Craig Grimmett (Angie)and Keith Grimmett both of High Point; eight grandchildren ;two brothers Ralph Tysinger (Margo) and Kenneth Tysinger (Dale) both of Lexington; one sister Katherine Davis (J.D.) of Lexington. The family will receive friends 6-8- Tuesday at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington,Chapel and other times will be at the residence on William Lane.
