Mary Miller Hardy

Mary Miller Hardy, age 80 of Murrells Inlet, SC, formerly of Lexington, NC passed away Thursday night, August 10, 2017 at Georgetown Medical Center in South Carolina.   Funeral service will be held 12:00 PM Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Parkview Church of God in Winston Salem, where she was a member with Rev. Bobby Dishman officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 until 12:00 prior to the service.   Mary was born in Forsyth County, NC July 8, 1937 to Dave and Callie Nichols Miller. She was a former employee of Brady Furniture Company. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings.   Surviving are her daughter, Vera Hardy Williams and husband Michael of Murrells Inlet, SC; son, Vernon Hardy of Winston Salem; grandson, Roy Hardy; sister, Betty Whitt of Mars Hill.   Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
