Mary "Kathy" Katherine Pressley

Mary Katherine Callaway Pressley, 65, of Simerson Road, died Monday, August 24, 2015, at her home. A celebration of life will be 3 P.M. Sunday at Psalm 91 Church with Pastor Max Shoaf officiating. The family will receive friends at the home. Mrs. Pressley was born July 29, 1950, in Horry County, SC, to Jim Callaway and Cindy Kelly Callaway. She was a retired teacher having taught at Central Davidson Middle and High School and later at Brown Middle School. She was a member of Psalm 91 Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Cindy Hope Moore; father-in-law, Guy Pressley and mother-in-law, Claudia Pressley; brother-in-law, Donald Pressley; sisters-in-law, Barbara Pressley Miller and Glenda Faye Pressley; and son-in-law, Paul Pressley. Surviving are her loving husband, Walter David Pressley of the home; son, David Brandon Pressley and fiancé Carrie Wilson of Linwood; daughter, Angie Pressley Swink and husband Ryan of Lexington; grandchildren, Natalie Norris Holland and husband Dylan, Kelsea Norris Williams and husband Jake, and Corey Swink; great-grandchildren, Brook Holland and Zander Holland; sister, Jan Callaway of Marion, SC, and Nancy Morgan and husband Steve of Georgia; brother, Oliver Callaway and wife Jessica of South Carolina; sisters-in-law, Mary P. Potts, Kathy Pressley Snider and husband Danny, Carolyn Pressley Yates and husband Donnie, Bonnie Jones and husband Willie, and Rogene Pressley; brothers-in-law, James Pressley and wife Tina, Eddie Pressley and wife Hyson, Roy Pressley and wife Annette, and Kent Pressley and wife Carolyn; nieces and nephews, Bud Furgason, Charity Rainville, Faith Callaway, Little Faith Callaway, Rachel Todd, and Carey Todd; great-nieces and nephew, Kyli Todd, Junnah Todd, and Seth Todd.
