Mary Robinson Mahala

Mary Lee Robinson Mahala, age 78, passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 at her home in Lexington, NC. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington, NC. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday at Davidson Funeral Home. Mrs. Mahala was born in Amelia, VA on May 29, 1937 to Brady and Marie Robinson. She was retired from Thomas Manufacturing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Alice Marie Mahala. Surviving are her husband, Jimmy Gray Mahala of the home; her son, Jimmy Wayne Mahala and wife Angela of Lexington, NC; a daughter, Loise Ann Willis of Welcome, NC; two sisters, Maggie and Judy Robinson of VA; and two grandchildren, Justin Wayne Leonard and Mary Ann Willis.
