Mary Miller Davis

Mary Ellen Davis passed away after battling a sudden, aggressive pneumonia on June 16, 2021. Born on May 26, 1954, Mary Ellen was the embodiment of empathy, charity and self-sacrificial love. As a woman of faith, her life was molded by a deep relationship with God built through daily scripture study and prayer for those she loved. As a nurse anesthetist, she guided thousands of patients through sickness and pain, and treated each one with the rarest kindness and grace. As a daughter, she ferociously loved her parents, siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews. As a wife, she lived out her commitment to love and cherish her husband through whatever darkness the world threw at them. And as a mother, simply put, she would have laid down her life for her son. While those who knew her are mourning for now, they wait and hope for the day when they will see her again.
