Mary Margaret Lanning Tetter

Mary Margaret Lanning Tetter, 86, of Rowe Road, died Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at Wake Forest Baptist Health - Lexington Medical Center. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday, October 24, 2013, at Shiloh United Methodist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Dave Kelly. Burial will follow at Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Tetter was born January 25, 1927, in Davidson County, to John Thomas Lanning and Mary Lanning Lanning. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Graham Lanning Tetter, who died February 22, 2011; son, Wayne Benny Tetter; daughter, Rebecca Tetter; grandson, Jeff Tetter. Surviving are daughter, Sandy Easter and husband Tony of Lexington; daughter-in-law, Pat Tetter of Lexington; grandchildren, Jennifer Norman and husband Brian, Kelly Easter, David Tetter and wife Athena, and Pam Tetter; great-grandchildren, Cierra Bates, Alyson Tetter, Blair Norman and Landon Norman.
