Mary Lambros West

Mary Mabe Lambros West, age 83 of Echoview Circle Lexington passed away suddenly Friday night, March 24, 2017. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Coggins Memorial Baptist Church with Dr. Dearl Bunce officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:30 until 3:00 PM prior to the service and at other times at the home. Mary was born in Forsyth County December 1, 1933 to Arthur Roosevelt Mabe and Mamie Largen Mabe. She was a retired Secretary, a member of Coggins Memorial Baptist Church and loved to watch North Davidson-Black Knights Softball. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, James Lambros in 1982 and Fletcher M. West in 1997; and a son, Rodney Lambros in 1994. Surviving are her daughter, Vickey Lambros Kottyan and husband Nick; sons, Mike Lambros and wife Sharon and Mark Lambros and wife Lyn; grandchildren, Whitney Curry (Bradley), Joshua Lambros, Matthew Gordon, Nick Lambros, Tim Lambros (Angel), Morgan Lambros, and Grayson Lambros; great-grandchildren, Kason and Reece Curry and Addison Lambros; sisters, Ann Pennel and Brenda Atwood; brother, Ken Mabe.
