Matthew Little

Matthew Branden "Crash" Little, 29, of R.L. Norris Road, died Monday, June 20, 2011, at his home. There will be a Celebration of Life service from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the home of his aunt at 320 Kimberly Lane. Branden was born May 29, 1982. He attended West Davidson High School and was employed at Callahan Concrete. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bill and Audrey Little of Pleasant Garden and uncle Dennis Little of Greensboro. Surviving are his wife, Carla Hedrick Little, daughter Brooklyn Little and son Jasper Little, all of the home; mother Kimberly Mendoza of Lexington; father Mark Little and stepmother Donna Little of Pleasant Garden; stepfather David Hill of Greensboro; father-in-law George "Bucky" Hedrick; sisters Sarah Hill of Lexington and Chelsey Little of Pleasant Garden; brothers Steven Little of Pleasant Garden and John Hill of Greensboro; brother-in-law Mark Hedrick; maternal grandmother Carolyn Mendoza of Linwood; maternal grandfather Aaron Mendoza of Lexington; aunts Tami Clark of Lexington and Jane Bell of Climax; uncles Neal Clark of Linwood and Jr. Alred of Climax; cousins, Aly Clark, Kaly Clark and Megan Clark of Lexington and T.J. Wilkins of Climax; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers, the family has set up an account at NewBridge Bank. Donations can be made at any NewBridge branch in the name of Kalysha Clark. A trust fund is being established and will be available Friday.
