Melissa Fletcher Fleig

Melissa Ann Fletcher Fleig, 52, of Lloyd Lookabill Street in Lexington, died Saturday October 29, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem.   A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday November 2, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating services.   The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington.   Mrs. Fleig was born November 16, 1963 in Davidson County to Robert Clint Fletcher and Beverly Ann Owens Fletcher. She was employed with the Davidson County Tax Department and attended Macedonia United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her grandparents; William Owens, Lois Owens and Lucille Fletcher; an Uncle, Paul Fletcher and her Aunt, Nellie Owens.   Surviving is her son; Adam Fleig of the home; three Uncles, Richard Harmon. Ray Fletcher and Gary Fletcher; one Aunt, Lucy Fletcher, her former husband David Fleig and her four legged son, Bam Bam.
