Michael David Mahek

Michael David “Buffalo” Mahek, 39 of Jamaica Drive, Lexington, went home to be with the Lord Thursday morning October 5, 2006. He was born on February 23, 1967, in Wilmington, Delaware to Michael and Janet Mahek. He is survived by his fiancée, Judy Hunt of the home, his mother Janet Mahek, of Lexington, his father & stepmother Michael and Elizabeth Mahek, of Alabama, his sister Denise Mahek Burgess and her fiancée, Eddie Williams, aunts, uncles, & cousins of Delaware, and stepbrothers & stepsister of Alabama. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00 pm Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington and at other times at the home of his sister at 251 Kelly Lane, Lexington. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to the Davidson County DARE Program; 2998 Midway School Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
