Michael Evan Pavisich, a contractor and master at commercial flooring and installation passed away January 8, 2023, at the age of 49 where he resided in Lexington, NC.
Michael was born June 27, 1973, in Richlands Virginia, to Michael James Pavisich and Victoria Jackson Hyatt. He was a graduate of Richlands high school where he graduated with honors. Michael was a loving father, son, and brother who will be missed by all. His passion was his music and art, but especially his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed playing his guitar, fishing with his children, camping and going back to the mountains where he grew up. He is preceded in death by his father, Michael James Pavisich, grandfather Grover Cleveland Jackson and grandmother Queen Victoria Jackson.
Left to cherish his memories are his son, Evan Kyle Pavisich of Thomasville NC, daughter, Kaula O’Neal (Carter) of Arizona, his mother Victoria Jackson Hyatt and step father, Gerald of Lexington NC, and his sister, Debra Pavisich of Thomasville NC, also surviving his grandchildren, Avery Goodman and Wesley O’Neal of Arizona, uncle Jimmy and aunt Glenda Jackson of Pounding Mill VA, aunt Judy McKinney of Abingdon VA, aunt Rita Jackson of Jewell Ridge VA, aunt Sherry Jackson of Claypool Hill VA, and mother of one of his most cherished blessings Angie Whitt Jackson of Thomasville NC , along with a host of cousins.
A private celebration of life will be held at Davidson Funeral Home, Sunday, January 15, 2023, with Rev. Dr. Ray Howell III officiating. Donations, and condolences may be offered at 301 N Main St. Lexington, NC 27292. In lieu of flowers we prefer a donation be given to Pastor’s Pantry 307 N State St. Lexington, NC 27292.
