Michael Singleton

Michael Thomas Singleton, 52, of Lexington went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 13, 2022.

A memorial service will be held at 6 pm on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Faith Baptist Church on Shiptontown Road with Pastor Freddie Moretz officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 6 pm prior to the service at the Church.

Mr. Singleton was born in Biloxi, MS on October 28, 1969, to Charles Keith Singleton and Jencie Evans Singleton. He was a truck driver with Orrell’s Food Service and was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Mr. Singleton had a passion for woodworking, and always enjoyed fishing on the Kure Beach Pier with the Misfits. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and grandfather and his memory will be forever cherished.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Carla Ward Singleton; his son, Drew Singleton (Kimberly); his precious grandson, Easton Singleton; his parents, Charles and Jencie Singleton; a brother, Chuck Singleton (Kelly); his nephew, Joshua Singleton; his niece, Faith Singleton; and a host of extended family and close friends who loved him dearly.
