Michael Elton Smith, 47, of Winston-Salem passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, October 13, 2019.
A celebration of life service will take place at a later date.
He was born on April 12, 1972 in Caldwell County to the Ronald Elton Smith and Sarah Elizabeth Cumbo Smith.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by two sisters, Rhonda Reid of Winston-Salem and Lisa Everhart of Lexington.
