Michael Spry

Michael Brian Spry, 29, of Stepp Grubb Road, died unexpectedly Thursday, April 17, 2008, at his home. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. David Robbins. Burial will follow in Lakeview Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Spry was born April 22, 1978, in Davidson County, to Michael Wayne Spry and Nancy Eller Spry. He was a graduate of West Davidson High School and Rowan Cabarrus Community College. He loved the outdoors especially duck hunting and fishing. He was formerly the vice president of Spry Fabrication and Welding. Surviving are is parents of the home; grandparents, Melvin and Betty Spry and Pauline Young, all of Linwood; a sister, Angela Spry of Linwood; and several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home.
