Michael Wayne Tetter

Michael Wayne Tetter, age 59, loving father and husband, of Winter Place, Lexington passed away peacefully Friday, March 30, 2012 after a period of declining health. Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 pm Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Reeds Baptist Church, with Revs. Dave Williams and Danny Sams officiating. Burial will follow in Reeds Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Monday night. Michael was born in Davidson County, July 15, 1952 to Beuford Odell and Myrtle Marion Tetter. He was a former employee of PPG Industries, was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church, and attended Reeds Baptist Church, and was a volunteer with the Davidson County Rescue Squad for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his loving wife of 42 years, Debbie Canady Tetter of the home; daughter, Sammie Jo Tetter Prior and husband Adam of Winston-Salem, N.C.
