Michael Wayne Walser

Michael “Mike” Wayne Walser loving husband, father and friend to many, age 49 of Shady Hanes Road passed away early Wednesday morning August 11, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, August 13, 2010 at Union Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 12, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel. Mike was born in Davidson County on November 3, 1960 to Bobby and Shirley Michael Walser. He was a carpenter and was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by a brother Craig Walser. He is survived by his parents; his loving wife Tonia Younts Walser and his two cherished daughters, Brooke Walser and Taylor Walser of the home; one brother, Scott Walser of Lexington; two sisters, Peggy Yountz and Annette Bell and husband Roger of Lexington.
