Dawn Michele Dial, age 51 of High Point passed away suddenly Monday, August 31, 2020 at her home.
A private service will be held in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington on Saturday, September 5, 2020 with Rev. Dr. Ray Howell, III officiating and will be live streamed at www.facebook.com/davidson.funeralhome . The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 10:00 until 11:00 AM. COVID-19 protocol is in effect as you are ask to wear a mask and use social distancing of 6 feet while in the building.
Michele was born in Cumberland County, NC on September 3, 1968 to George Dial and Clementine Chavis Dial. She was a graduate of Fayetteville Academy, graduate of St. Andrews College with a BS and a graduate of UNC-G with a Masters. She was a Counselor with Novant Health in Winston Salem. She was preceded in death by her father and her daughter, Sara Ashleigh.
Surviving are her mother, Clementine Dial of North Myrtle Beach, SC; sister, Sybil Dial-DeSimone (Stephen) of Burlington, NC, Sherry Sterrick of Fayettevile, NC; brother, Labern Andrew Dial of Charleston, SC; uncle, Ervin White of Fayetteville; dear and special friend, Peter Colvill of Winston Salem and serveral nieces and nephews that she adored and lit up her life.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made in honor of Michele Dial and directed to Family Services of Davidson County, for Domestic Violence, PO Box 607, Lexington, NC 27293.
