Jean Michelle Thompson Falls, 47, of Lexington, died Friday morning, Nov. 20, 2015, after suffering from colon cancer for three years. A memorial service will be held at Noon on Sunday, November 22nd, at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will see friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Sunday. Ms. Falls was born Oct. 23, 1968, in Rowan County to Dermot Eugene Thompson and Rachel McAbee Thompson. She was a veteran of the U.S. Army. She is survived by her father of Lexington and mother of Winston-Salem; daughters Jordan Leigh Williams of Fredricksburg, Virginina, and Aleigha Jade Thompson of Warsaw, Virginia; brother Gerek Scott Thompson (Sandra) of Winston-Salem; sisters Rita Link Smith of Mocksville and Lisa Thompson Chaffin (Richard) and Kelly Thompson Schwartz, all of Lexington; and four grandchildren, Jaedon Elijah Burrell, Kendal Aniyah Burrell, Denzel Jonteh Taylor Jr. and Amiyah Michelle Taylor.
