Mickey Freda Huffman

Mickey Huffman age 78 of Love Road, Lexington died Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Hospice of Davidson County with family by her side.

A celebration of life will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 10, 2022, at her home. Family are asking anyone attending to bring a memory to share, food and a chair.

Mickey was born in Kanawha County, WV., November 17, 1943, to Clayton Tucker and Mamie Jackson Tucker. She worked at Kerley’s BBQ till retirement and was of the Baptist faith, Mickey is preceded in death by her parents, 1 ^st husband; Charles Edward Huffman, father of her sons, 2 ^nd husband Herbert Franklin Redmon, brothers Melton Tucker, Clarence Tucker and Blaine Tucker.

Surviving are her sons; Charles “Junior” Huffman Jr. and wife, Rita, William “Tiny” Huffman and wife, Debbie, all of Welcome, two grandchildren; Justin Huffman, Dustin Huffman.
