Mickey Morris

Robert ‘Mickey’ Morris, 68, of Young Mill road in Lexington, passed away Wednesday April 26, 2023 at the Hospice Hinkle House in Lexington.

Mr. Morris was born August 24, 1954 in Davidson County. He was employed with Alcar Construction, was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing, hunting, walking his dog and mowing his yard with his zero turn mower.

Surviving is his wife, Nancy Sharon Cashatt Morris, of the home; one son, Jason Morris of Asheboro; one daughter, Tammy Sheffer of Salisbury; 5 grandchildren, Shannon Michael Justice, Brandi Sheffer, Kaylyn Morris, Dalton Sheffer, and Jenna Brooke Morris; 4 great-grandchildren, Allie Hayes, Ivie Hayes, Mason Hayes and Lakelyn Justice; and Furry Baby Francis.

There are no formal services scheduled at this time. Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington will be serving the family.
