Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson age 48 of Gurney Kerns Road, Lexington passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Baptist Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel officiated by Pastor Mark Kent. Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm prior to the service.

Mike was born in Forsyth County to Bennie Hargrave and Mary Murphy Anderson. He was a member of Lexington Seventh Day Adventist Church, attended Davidson Community College pursuing his certification in welding. Mike is preceded in death by his father, brother-in law Leonard Avery.

Surviving are his mother, wife Tabitha Nance Anderson of the home, daughters; Bria Anderson, Myia Anderson, Mikela Anderson, Jordan Anderson, brothers, Douglas Anderson, John Anderson, sisters; Jamara Avery, Camelia Anderson, Marylyn Murphy, six grandchildren; Femi Anderson, Paz Costen, Xander Matthews, Jeremiah Matthews, Jordan Matthews, Ace Matthews.
