Mike Gerlach

Michael Allen Gerlach, 45, of Druid Hills Drive, died Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at Lexington Memorial Hospital. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2010, at Higher Ground Baptist Church, with the Rev. Roger Mills officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 8, 2010, at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel. Mike Gerlach was born August 23, 1964, in San Francisco, Ca., to Ray Gerlach and Sharon Ford Gerlach. He was owner/operator of Gerlach Vinyl Siding and an avid outdoorsman. He also treasured time spent with his children and grandchildren. Surviving are his wife, Rebecca Wood Gerlach of the home; sons, Anthony Wray and wife, Bethany, and Matthew Robinson and wife, Elizabeth, all of Lexington; grandchildren, Ashton Wray, Glory Robinson, and Matthew Robinson Jr.; his parents of South San Francisco, CA.; brothers, Mark Gerlach of Lexington and David Gerlach of South San Francisco, CA.; and sister, Brenda Yeater of St. Petersburg, FL, and Barbara Gerlach of Lakewood, CO.
