Millie Everhart Musgrave, 82, of Greensboro St. Ext., Lexington died Friday, January 25, 2013 in Hinkle Hospice House.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, January 28, 2013 in Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Tom Nussbaum and Al Goff officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home of her daughter, 4050 Old Highway 29, Thomasville.
Mrs. Musgrave was born August 8, 1930 in Davidson County to Meade Franklin Everhart and Ella Edwards Everhart. She was a homemaker and worked for a number of years at Mallory Battery. Millie was a loving wife, wonderful mother and adored her grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her daughter, Geneva Musgrave, two sisters, Helen Dempsey and Geneva Beck Aldridge.
Surviving are her husband, Maurice Musgrave of the home; her daughter, Belinda McPherson and husband, Tony of Thomasville; three grandchildren, Anna Kennedy and husband, Andy, Jason McPherson and wife, Erin, Slade McPherson and his significant other, Connie Dilloway; five great grandchildren, Dean and Cole Kennedy, Berringer and Mary Katherine McPherson, Hannah McPherson; and a brother, John F. Everhart and wife, Sarah of Orlando, Florida.
