Milton Ray Strickland

Milton Ray Strickland, age 78 of Red Dog Lane in Lexington, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021 at his home.

No formal services will be held.

Mr. Strickland was born on December 7, 1942 in Harnett County, NC to William Almon Strickland and Eva Guinn Strickland.  He retired as a truck driver from Bridgeways and was of the Baptist faith.  He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Raymond, Ray and Michael Lee; brothers, William, Wilbert and Donnie Strickland; and sisters, Naomi and Linda Strickland.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Donna Lee Rierson Strickland, of the home; sons, Bobby Wayne Strickland of Lexington, Milton Ray Strickland, Jr. of Lenoir; daughters, Selina Farabee of Mt. City, TN, Laura Wright (Billy) of Dobson, NC; brother, Furman Alton Strickland of Greensboro; 7 grandchildren, Colton, Stormy, Chloe, Devon, Zachary, Kevin, Lee and 7 great-grandchildren.
