Miwako Yamamoto Lyons

Miwako Yamamoto Lyons, 90, a resident of Midway passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Trellis  Supportive Care, Winston Salem . Miwako was born in Chiba-Ken, Japan on November 12, 1930 to the late Canecige and Taka Yamamoto. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Carlton Lyons, a daughter, Rena McBee; two brothers, and a sister.

Miwako is survived by two sons, Ken Lyons (Janice) of King and Kevin Lyons of Winston-Salem; Son-in-law, Michael McBee Owasso, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Heather Roberts (Tyler) of Cypress, Texas, Brandon McBee (Ashley) of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Beth Thomas (Matt) of Mt. Airy, and Kayla Popovic (Igor) of Dobson; five great-grandchildren, Tory and Easton Roberts, Hunter and Hannah McBee and Sky Shelton.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 5-7 PM at Davidson Funeral Home, 858 Hickory Tree Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27127
