Myra Brank Hepler

On Tuesday December 31, 2019, the sky became a little more Carolina blue when Myra Brank Hepler finally made it home to her Savior!

Myra was born on February 14, 1960…and a truer Valentine there never was!  She was born to Charles Ray Brank and Thelma Boan Brank who were waiting in Heaven to greet her.  Also eagerly waiting in Heaven for her was her precious husband, Larry “Baby” Wayne Hepler, her brother Charles Ray “Butch” Brank and nephew Charles Henry Wade Brank.  Left here to miss her are sisters:  Sherry Brank, Pat Fritts (Mike), Joni Brank and a brother Kelly Brank (Teresa) and a brother-in-love Roger Hepler (Fredia).  And nieces and nephews who were her “youngins”… Deirdre Hill (Bryson), Brandy Whicker (Michael), Timmy Brank, Eli Brank, Danielle Brank (fiancé – Jordan), Kelly Ann Brank and Reid Brank.  And Great “grands” Maddie Whicker, Ellie Whicker and Drake Brank.  And her very special “youngin” Shane Cassidy.  Myra’s humongous heart and love touched countless others who will miss her tremendously.

Myra was an avid Tarheel, Braves and Nascar fan!  She loved to fish and spend time with her family and friends…especially at her famous Christmas party.  The more fun, laughter and people in her house…the happier she was!  Myra was such an amazing, sweet soul who touched everyone she ever met and she had the biggest heart that made everyone know they were loved and cherished!  The sunshine of her love and faith in Jesus will be with us all forever!

She ADORED her church, Cedar Grove Baptist and often sang like an angel when she was there.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cedar Grove Baptist Church or Gideon’s International.

A celebration of Myra’s precious life will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020, in the Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, officiated by her pastor Mike Fritts.  Visitation will be from 1:00pm to 2:00pm with the service following at 2:00pm at the Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Baptist Church.
