Nancy Lee Bowman Anderson

Nancy Lee Bowman Anderson, 70, of Hames Street, died Friday, May 15, 2015, at her home. The funeral will be 12p.m. Monday, May 18, 2015, at Psalm 91 Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Max Shoaf officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2015, and other times at the home. Mrs. Anderson was born November 24, 1944, in Randolph County, to Clarence Willard Bowman Sr. and Betty Carol Morris Bowman. She was retired from South Lexington Supermarket. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Anderson Sr., who died August 28, 2012; and a brother, Barney James Bowman. Surviving are son, Billy Anderson Jr. and wife Deborah of Lexington; daughters, Shelia Clontz and husband James of Linwood, Bonnie Wilkey and husband Lee, Wendy Craver and fiancée Darrell Hopper, and Angela Anderson, all of Lexington; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; brothers, Willard Bowman of Florida, Allen Bowman, and Sammy Bowman, both of Lexington; and sisters, Carolyn Brainard and Annette Bailey, both of Lexington.
