Nancy Ann Leonard

Nancy Hege Leonard, age, 81 of Lexington passed away Friday, May 10, 2024, at Forsyth Medical Center.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Forest Hill Mausoleum, Lexington, NC, officiated by Pastor Darrell Greene.

Family will receive family and friends after the service.

Nancy was born July 23, 1942, in Davidson County to Lawrence William Hege and Nora Mize Hege. Nancy loved gardening, shopping, enjoying pound cakes and frappes, most of all spending time with family and was of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bobby Ray Leonard, sister; Frances Sturdivant, brother, Lawrence “June” Hege, brother in-laws; Doug Higgins and Gary Freeman.

Surviving are her daughters; Donna Bostick husband Vern, Terri Leonard, sisters; Lucy Higgins, Janet Freeman, 4 grand children and 9 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to; Tunnel to Towers, Paralyzed Veterans and Billy Graham Foundation.
