Nancy Clement

Nancy Evelyn Clontz Clement, 88, of Broadway Road in Lexington, passed away Thursday September 17, 2026, at her home.

A funeral service will be held 11:00am Tuesday September 29, 2026, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery in Salisbury at 1:30pm.

Mrs. Clement was born October 7, 1937, in Davidson County North Carolina to Baxter Agusta Clontz and Beulah Sigmon Clontz. Nancy enjoyed sewing, going to the beach where she enjoyed spending time in the sun, but mostly she enjoyed time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Elmer Clontz, Charles Clontz, Julian Clonts, Gilbert Contz, Paul Clontz, and Billy Clontz; and three sisters, Loureen Whill, Mildred Wyatt and Kathleen Poole.

Surviving are her three daughters, Diane Walser (Brad) of Linwood, Kathy Bailey of Mount Ulla, and Star Brady (Wes) of Salisbury, three sons, Jess Clement and Michael Clemnt both of Lexington and Bobby Clement Jr. of Hawaii, a brother Bobby Clontz; 6 grandchildren, Erika Biesecker (Chris), Amber Lee (Cory), Carsen Baily, Kalynn Baily, Corbin Baily, and Kylie Bailey; 6 great grand-children, Nolan, Mason, Madison, Eli, Eric and Ruby; and a special bonus daughter LaRanda Self.
