Nancy Faye Covington Byerly

Nancy Faye Covington Byerly, 82 of Lexington, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at her home.

A graveside service will be held  2:00 pm Saturday, April 4, 2020 at the Lexington City Cemetery. Conducted by the Rev. Carl Sutton. The family will see friends following the service.

Nancy was born on November, 1, 1937 in Richmond County to Edward Pressley Covington and Willie May Heavner Covington. She was a member of Testimonial Baptist Church in Thomasville.  Her Love was spending time with her family and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Rev. Stuart Thomas Conrad who died 1988 and her brother; Edward Covington and sister, Wanda Cranfield.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving children; daughter, Joy Bullins of Lexington, sons;David Conrad of Lexington, and Danny Conrad (Rita) of Salisbury; seven grandchildren, Nina Conrad, Chris Conrad, Nathan Conrad, John Conrad, Tiffany Mathis, Gage Parker and Anna Bullins, Bradley Clodfelter and 5 great-grandchildren.
