Nancy Lucille Bobbitt Taylor

Nancy Lucille Bobbitt Taylor age 89 of Midway passed away Friday, April 17, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. A graveside service will be held 3:00 pm Friday, April 24th 2015 at Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor John Woods. The family will receive friends 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm before the service in the family life center. Nancy was born February 12 1926 in Hoke County to Thomas Claude Bobbitt and Laura “Betty” Elizabeth Bowman Bobbitt. Nancy was a member of Midway United Methodist Church and retired from Davis’s Department Store. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; James Busick Taylor Jr., brother; Richard Bobbitt. Surviving are her sons; “Jim” James Busick Taylor III ( Becky ) of Wallburg, Stephen Claude Taylor of Midway, daughters; Donna Taylor Sexton of Sevierville, TN, Karen Taylor Crotts (Henry) of Midway, Christy Taylor Mock ( Roger) of Mondavi, Wisconsin, sister; Betsy Lacky of Fallston, NC, twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
