Nancy Jean Leonard Rummage

Nancy Jean Leonard Rummage, 48 of Silver Hill Road, Lexington, died Saturday October 11, 2008 in the Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem NC after a brief illness. A funeral service will be held Wednesday Evening October 15, 2008 at 6:00 pm at Psalm 91 Church by Rev. Max Shoaf. A committal service will follow Thursday October 16, 2008, at 10:00 am in the church cemetery. Mrs. Rummage was born April 14, 1960 in Davidson County to David Samuel Leonard and Betty Jean Cody Leonard. She was employed with Pro-tex Sports as a Plant Manager. Mrs. Rummage was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband Randy Rummage of the home; one son Chad Rummage of Lexington; two brothers, Johnny Leonard and wife Tina; and Sam Leonard and wife JoAnn all of Lexington. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the church. The family will receive friends at other times, at the home on Silver Hill Road.
