Nettie Byars

Nettie Virginia Tuncel Byars, 98, of Robert Floyd Drive, died Friday, April 13 at Lexington Health Care.    A private service will be held at a later date.     Mrs. Byars was born August 19, 1919 in Roanoke, VA to John James Tuncel and Annie Joe Anderson Tuncel.  She retired from Sky City and was a member of First Wesleyan Church.  Her husband, Robert Bryan, and her daughter, Betty Ray Hanek, preceded her in death.    She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Ann Burns of Lexington; her grandchildren, Julie Lister, Debra Reno, Harland Ray Sexton, Jr., Douglas Ray Sexton, Lisa Sexton, and Margery Burns; and her great grandchildren. Bryson Lister, Colby Lister, Jeffrey Reno, Christopher Reno, Haley Crane and Christopher Kirkus.
