Noah Reid Harris, Jr

Noah Reid Harris, Jr., age 88 of Clemmons, NC passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center.

The family will see friends from 4-6 pm, Friday, July 26, 2019 at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel and at other times at the home.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Saturday at The Marshville City Cemetery, in Marshville, NC.

Noah was born to Noah Reid Harris, Sr. and Myra Cox Harris in Guilford County, North Carolina on July, 11, 1931

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Noah was a Navy veteran and served during the Korean War

Mr. Harris, Jr. is survived by his loving wife, Palma Godwin Harris of the home; a step-daughter, Paula Bost; one brother, Charles Harris; three sisters, Margaret Wilmouth; Faye Sizemore and Mary Massay; along with nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude  Place, Memphis, TN 38105

Davidson Funeral Home-Hickory Tree Chapel is serving the family.
