Noble Hedrick

Mr. Noble Obadiah Hedrick, 85, of New Bowers Road, died Saturday, February 09, at the Brian Center of Lexington. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 13 at Hedrick’s Grove United Church of Christ Cemetery by the Rev. William Sowers. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home. Mr. Hedrick was born March 13, 1927 in Davidson County to Lacey Jefferson Hedrick and Onieda Smith Hedrick. He retired from Dixie Furniture Co. and was a longtime member of Hedrick’s Grove United Church of Christ. He also served in the Merchant Marines and was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Gene Hedrick. He is survived by his wife, Exie Hulin Hedrick of the home; his son, Brad Hedrick and wife, Sharon, of Chicago, IL; his daughter, Susan Hauck and husband, Jan, of Lexington; and his grandson, Nathan Hedrick.
