Nora Marie Hulin Latham, 86, of Welcome Bethesda Road, died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007, at Alston Brook Nursing Home after a four-year illness. The funeral will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Bethesda United Methodist Church, where she was a member, by the Rev. Doug Houchmuth. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Latham was born Sept. 6, 1920, in Randolph County to Lewis Hulin and Dora Poole Hulin. She was a retired employee of TI Moulding and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW in Lexington. She was preceded in death by her husband, Foy Lee Latham, on Oct. 27, 2000; a son, Johnny L. Hulin; four brothers, Bud Hulin, Jack Hulin, John Hulin and Robert Hulin; and a sister, Eva Lambeth. Surviving are one son, Jimmy W. Hulin and his wife, Lynn, of Linwood; one sister, Ann Saunders of Denton; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at 9540 Old Salisbury Road, Linwood.
