Norma Jean Goss

Norma Jean Goss, 84, of Lexington passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020 at Pine Ridge Health and Rehabilitation.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Forest Hill Memorial Park  with the Rev. Billy Pearson officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Goss was born in Davidson County on February 27, 1935 to Hugh Goss and Addie Tussey Goss. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Southmont and was retired from Dixie furniture. Mrs. Goss was a loving mother and grandmother whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Joy Dunning; four brothers; and two sisters.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, William “Bill” Allen Dunning (Janet) of Lexington; her daughter, Pamela Lansdale of Lexington; a sister, Mildred Costello of Virginia Beach, VA; three grandchildren, Joy Everhart, Jamie Kepley and Brandon Dunning; two great-grandchildren, Payton Everhart and Morgan Everhart; and a host of nieces and nephews.
