Norma Jean Lavelle

Norma Jean Williams Lavelle, 72, of Lexington, passed away Friday, March 18, 2022, at her home.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Lavelle was born May 18, 1949, in Halifax County, to Paul C. Williams Sr. and Jacqueline Elizabeth Gurkin Williams. She was a member of Becks Lutheran Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Ray Williams Sr.

Surviving is her husband, Edward Allen Lavelle of the home; one brother, Paul C. Williams Jr. (Dale) of Tennessee; one sister, Cheryl D. Williams-Rawley of Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to donor’s choice.
