Norma Delta Ryan

Norma Delta Ryan, 68, of Tyro School Road, died Monday, September 17, 2012, at Wake Forest Baptist Health - Lexington Medical Center, after several years of declining health. The funeral will be 7 p.m. Thursday, September 20, 2012, at Tyro United Methodist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Randy Foster officiating. Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Friday, September 21, 2012, at Rowan Memorial Park Cemetery in Salisbury. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 6 to 7 p.m. at the church and other times at the home of her sister on Westwood Lane. Ms. Ryan was born October 21, 1943, in Cumberland, Md., to Carl Parsons Ryan and Lorna Wilson Ryan. She was retired parts manager at Celanese Trucking. Surviving are sons, Scott Eugene Molter and wife Kimberly, Christopher Arron Shaner and wife Christine both of Rock Hill, S.C., and Robert Craig Molter and spouse Deon Hough of New Bern; granddaughter, Andie Shaner; sister, Carla R. Jones and husband Gray of Lexington; niece, Monna D. Jones of Rock Hill, S.C.; and nephew, Jeffrey G. Jones of Florence, S.C. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Tyro United Methodist Church, Building Fund, 4484 South NC Highway 150, Lexington, NC 27295.
