Ovaline Myers Sain

Ovaline Myers Sain of West Center Street Ext. Lexington passed away Saturday night January 28, 2017 at her home.   Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Paul’s Chapel Evangelical Reformed Church with Rev. Aaron Long officiating. Burial will follow in the Paul’s Chapel Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday night and at other times at the home.   Ovaline was born in Wilkes County to Charlie Rufus Myers and Effie Lena Myers. She was a self-employed Cosmetologist and ran her shop from her home. She was a member of Paul’s Chapel Evangelical Reformed Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and five brothers.   Surviving are her husband, Lester Q. Sain of the home; son, Walter Q. Sain and wife Carolyn of Cheraw, SC; 2 grandchildren, Nicole Hellard (Todd) and David Sain; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Hellard and Mackenzie Sain; God daughter, Algie Myrick; half-sister, Betty Ramsey (Jimmy) of Thomasville; special niece, Linda Lambe and husband Dave; special nephew, Leonard Myers and wife Brenda and many other nieces and nephews.Memorials may be made to Paul's Chapel Evangelical Reformed Church, 2791 West Center St. Extension, Lexington, NC 27295
